Like with all products and services, we understand that price is an important consideration when choosing a photography studio. However, please keep in mind that your portraits are very important to us, and we take great pride in the product we create for you. The decision of who you hire should never be placed solely on who has the cheapest price. Instead, you should consider all the factors that distinguish a photographer such as creativity, quality of goods, and service. These factors should always be evaluated when choosing your family photographer.

We understand that the trend now for many photographers is to offer a  “shoot and burn” session.  This is when a photographer charges a fee to photograph your session and then turns around puts it in his/her computer and spits out a cd or flash drive with all your images.    In theory that sounds like a great service for the client and a quick and easy way for photographers to make money.  Everyone wins right?  Well it really depends on how you look at it.   Our philosophy is a little different and we understand that we are not the photographer for everyone; and that’s cool.

You see, we believe we are in the business of creating heirloom art work.  We feel the print is the final and most important part of the photograph.  If we cannot control the quality of this part of the process, it kind of defeats the purpose of what we do.   We want to make sure we present you with a memory that you would be proud to share with generations to come.  We also understand different tastes for displaying art work.  Some prefer to frame a large portrait to display in the entrance to the home while another may prefer a custom designed coffee table book for the living room cocktail table.  However you choose to display your memory we feel it’s important for future generations.   We understand the social media culture we live in and that everyone wants to show off their photos on social media so we include a social media file with every print for you to share as much as you like.
